Breakfast was nice with variety, Aged hotel, some stain on the bed sheets and towels, which not preferable but still may be understandable. Smell of toilet in the room hope to improve but may need piping replacement because smell comes from the water.

Superb stay

Stay for 4 excellent nights, bed and pillows was comfortable. Breakfasts spread was superb with traditional Javanese cuisines n snacks. Salads n fruits was aplenty. Staffs were traditionally friendly. Lotsa street food nearby at Simpang Lima. Malls within walking distance. 5 minutes walk to a mosque next door. Will recommend it to others.

The hotel has been around for quite a long time so the building is rather traditional and older. Food and service was good and pleasant. Location is superb.

Have always enjoyed Santika hotels, but this one was disappointing. Had a problem with my reservation so my agent tried to call the hotel. But phones were completely out of service. And remained so when I checked out the next day. Even trying to reach the front desk or room service was impossible. Lobby disappointing, rooms were basic, breakfast unexciting. Staff indifferent. Not up to Santika standards.

ビジネスで2泊利用しました。空港とホテル間の送迎サービスは大変便利ですのでお勧めです。ホテルはモールに近く徒歩圏内です。飲食店も多く、便利な場所にあります。移動は主にGrabを利用していましたが、ロビーまで来てくれるので、大変便利でした。WiFiは速度が遅いことが多かったです。

Ik houd van traditioneel ontbijt dus je heb genoeg keus, voor mensen die willen brood hebben te weinig keus. Andere aziatisch ontbijt redelijk genoeg variaties. Dat is concept van hotel SANTIKA met een traditioneel sfeer. Personeel in ontbijt zaal AZZA is vriendelijk en geef een excellent bediening. Zij is de excacte persoon in haar functie.

Good luxury hotel for sensible price. If you're a non-smoker you must reserve a non-smoking room in advance. None left when I booked in and room has smoke smell......Indonesians are passionate smokers !

My spouse and I chose this Hotel Santika Semarang after surveying many hotels in Semarang on Expedia website. We are happy that we chose this hotel, staff are polite, a character of Javanese people. Didn't avail ourselves much of the facilities, except we had buffet breakfast and that was good.
