The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel.

Nice staff but communication difficulties
The airport pickup I arranged the previous day never showed up and they seemed to not even remember talking to me. Also, same day laundry does NOT mean same day, which gave me difficulties. The food in the restaurant was delicious! The room clean. The staff friendly and helpful, aside from communication difficulties.

Great setting, run down hotel.
I wanted to try this hotel based on location. Beautiful setting away from hustle of Indonesia never ending traffic. Unfortunately towels were thread born, no hair dryer, soiled upholstery, bad lighting. I rate it mid level that needs updates. Not luxury. Staff was nice but spoke little English. I go to Semerang for business but try to sneak in some leisure down time. This was not the place for me.

C-M stains on bed sheets
So we arrived, checked in and had a shower to go out and look at the city and surrounds. Got back and went to get into bed, and found stains and hair mixed together stuck to the sheets. After trying to use the room phone to call reception we went down to find they were chatting and had the phone off the hook sitting on the desk. Staff offered to change the sheets, we suggested to change the room. Very disappointed with this.

Hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. Late check out was not a problem. I vacated my room at 17.30 without any extra charge. Restaurant needs a bit of attention and few more dishes need to added to room service menu. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and going back in September.

I was not convenient with products such as soap, shampoo and conditioner, they smelt bad. The water in the shower and washbasin was stuck, I am also disappointed with the cleanliness of the bath room.

New, for better or worse.
I booked this hotel because it was affordable and it seems nice enough. Arriving there, it's obvious that the hotel is still new. Some parts of the hotel are still in construction or at least not built yet. The good thing though is that everything in the hotel is very modern, from the elevator buttons to the door entry way. Beware though, the staff are not that fluent in English and they are still new so a lot of mistakes are going to happen. They didn't booked me the right room, they said they arranged a shuttle but didn't and some rooms have a hard time with connecting to the wifi If you can live with that, I think you'll enjoy your stay.

Harap dapat diperhatikan kebersihan lingkungan kmr
Secara akses lokasi, pelayanan dan harga seharusnya hotel ini sudah baik, tetapi utk faktor kebersihan nya harus lebih diperhatikan lagi. Lantai kamar berdebu, ruangan belum 100% selesai pengerjaan dan kondisi kamar mandi kurang bersih.

Rust in een drukke stad.
Een plek in de drukke stad waar je wakker wordt met het geluid van vogels in plaats van de vroege oproep tot gebed, waar lekker door rustige straatjes kunt meanderen en de heuvel afzakken of beklimmen voor een maaltijd of boodschapje halverwege/onderaan. Heeft een lekker lang zwembad (in de middag/avond soms verhuurd) met mooi uitzicht en een redelijke keuze voor ontbijt, lunch of dinner, maar ook een gratis dropservice voor vliegveld en restaurants elders in de stad.

Saran untuk kolam renang Oak Tree Hotel Semarang
Secara keseluruhan hotel ini nyaman untuk tempat bermalam, makanan enak dan bagus dalam penyajian, staf hotel sangat helpful/membantu dan ramah, hanya satu kekurangan hitel ini adalah: kolam renang yg di internet terlihat indah, ternyata agak keruh airnya dan bau kaporit airnya sangat menyengat; sehingga kami khawatir justru akan membakar kulit pengunjung yg mandi disitu. Akubatnya kami yg semula memilih Oak Tree krn ingin berenang; membatalkan acara berenang karena tidak suka bau kaporitnya yg berlebihan; sebaiknya kaporit sebagai antiseptik/pembunuh kuman diberikan sesuai standar kesehatan kolam di hotel2 internasional sehingga membuat nyaman dan aman untuk semua pengunjungnya. Oase van rust in een drukke stad
Heerlijk wakker worden met zingende vogels, en na zwemmen in een lang zwembad lekker fruit bij het ontbijt. Op loop afstand komen steeds meer eethuisjes en restaurants voor andere maaltijden. Lopen kan zowel door de nieuwe luxe wijk (weg naar vliegveld) als door de nauwe straten van de oude wijk (alternatief voor de weg naar restaurants en stad).

Ipv verkeer/moskee, hoor je vogels.
Fantastisch lang zwembad als je een rustig tijdstip kiest. Goede en bescheiden maaltijden. Gevarieerd en goed Aziatisch ontbijt. Waarschijnlijk het enige hotel in Semarang waar je niet door verkeer en moskee wakker wordt gehouden/gemaakt, maar waar je in de ochtend de vogels hoort fluiten.

這飯店整體來說是還不錯,但對女性不太友善,因為我女友入住第二晚睡夢中生理期剛來,就不小心印在床單上面,如果要求付點清潔費也就算了,竟然要付五十萬印尼盾(約NT1200),感覺滿不合理的,因為我入住1晚也只要NT730清潔就收NT1200比我住一晚還貴,除此之外飯店在山區,離市區有一段,基本外出都只能靠計程車. 房間整潔滿好的,早上餐點也很多選擇,山區風景也不錯

高い階は、風当りが強かったが景色がよかった。スタッフも素朴で親切、好感が持てた。長く滞在したいホテル
Semarangの知人たちも、このホテルの存在は知らなかった。静かで穴場てきな立地。サイズもほどほど中規模なホテル。シンプルなことを評価できる人にはお勧め。

約1週間の滞在、朝食付きで予約したところハイティーと夕食のミールクポンの配布もあり良かったです。 そしてレストランのビールが格安だったのが何よりも嬉しかったです♡ ただ山の上というのもあって屋外では蚊やブヨが非常に多く、レストランテラスでビールを飲んでいるうちに、毎回何ヶ所も刺されました。 抵抗力に不安がある方はデング熱等要注意です。私は多分大丈夫だと思いますが…。 虫刺されは部屋にいても油断禁物です。 他にも巨大ゴキブリや小さな蛾のような虫。 極めつけはヤモリも出現しました。 スタッフもフレンドリーでは総合的には気に入ってるのでまたリピートしますが、上記が嫌いな方には他のホテルをお勧めします。

Hotel terletak di bukit dan pemandangannya indah sekali. Berjalan-jalan pagi di sekitar hotel juga sangat menyenangkan karena udaranya bersih sekali. Kolam renangnya hangat. Makanan sarapan oke walaupun memesan omelet perlu mengantri, dapat dimengerti karena hotel sedang penuh. Makanan yg diantar ke kamar: enak! Cobalah kwetiauw gorengnya! Kami memesan 5 kamar, nyaman, tapi kelengkapannya berbeda. Contoh, ada yg mendapatkan kimono dan ada yg tidak, ada yg mendapatkan conditioner dan ada yg tidak, ada yg sandal kamar 1 ada yg 2, dll. Tingkat kebersihan juga beda2, ada kamar yg agak bau dan kurang bersih. Untuk meminta layanan kamar, misalnya keset atau conditioner, butuh waktu lebih dari 20 menit. Peralatan gym hanya 5 dan salah satunya rusak, yg lainpun terlihat 'tua'. Secara umum fasilitas hotel cukup baik, namun pelayanan perlu ditingkatkan.
