Location on the beach is great. I have come to this property for about 20 years . It has changed profoundly and its hugely disappointing. The food is really poor quality. Some of the staff are jaded and not pleasent Guests are encouraged to use the room safes now offered in every room.the place is not clean , dirty plates left in open air hallways for days as well as empty beer bottles. We were also charged twice for a room , some sort of double booking error , sorry nothing anyone can do - no way to call or access Expedia /Hotel .com . The stay was super stressful and double the cost. It was sad and disappointing - My brother and sister in law joined us and cut their trip short forfiting a full refund for the days cancelled , they did not feel safe staying. I will not return to the Bali Sani - very sad for the longtime loyal staff who do remain under what seems to be shabby management .

Old dirty mattress that should have been thrown out years ago. Would have been a great venue in its hey day but needs substantial investment if they want a sustainable operation. Literally operating on the smell of an oily rag. Luckily I was in the fortunate position to get alternative accommodation after the second night of my stay.

the worst thing about this resort is accessibility one road in one way out which are the same 30 to 40 minuites to go 1.4 km in taxi . apart from that the beach is only 30 metres faway

My room was on the right /north-side of the resort (rooms low to mid 100s and 200s); the music emanating from the hall/club, not affiliated with the resort, across the street (north of) from the resort, is loud and clear. It's becomes part of the background noise of the area, but is noticeable. I can sleep through anything, and i did, but any vacationer should take note.

I had a room that was so close to the Mari Beach Club that I couldn’t sleep for a week . The parties at the beach club went until 11.30 pm every night .3.30 am NYE. If you do stay there , request a room FAR from that end . It was exhausting and very disappointing. Room was huge , staff and the spa services were great . Hotel was a bit far out from shopping precinct .

Surreal Seminyak
Classic Bali luxury. Hotel symbol is Frangipani. Ancient trees litter the walkways with fragrant blossoms that look even prettier behind the ear of your lover. The beach beckons with the sounds of surf. The sunsets from your 4th floor balcony spill right into the air conditioned room. Short strolls lead you to multiple beach bats if you prefer sand between toes as the sun drops into the sea. Worth every mile and penny you will save over the more expensive resorts nearby.

The rooms are outdated and need a facelift. I didn’t have a nice view from my balcony, no towels in my bathroom and the kettle wouldn’t turn off. The toilet had a smell of urine, but the shower was great. The pool area is fantastic, nice vibe and great views. It’s a little bit out of the way, so not many restaurants around. But a great beach area.

A once beautiful Balinese resort has been badly neglected, sadly clientele, amenities and rooms very rough a shame ..... while some staff were pleasant more then a few were not ...... well over due an overhaul ⭐️⭐️

I really like that the property is a 2-min walk to the beach, but the property needs major upgrade and maintenance or it will continue to deteriorate. Service and staff were great, everyone was friendly. Breakfast was decent and has good options. Kitchen needs to improve with its food quality and cooking. Towels need to be replaced. Property location was fabulous - a short walk to shops, mini marts, restaurants, beach bars and easy to get cab and motorcycle with Gojek.

Love it there. It's old style traditional Balinese decor inside and out, of stone, wood, water features with fish. Bed a bit too hard for me for long stay for the price is my only complaint. I will still always return. Lovely staff. Right on the wonderful beach. Go to Carmels for massage etc oitside hotel much better massage for a third of the price. My 4th time I stayed here. This time there was some western loud music from a neighbouring hotel mainly on the weekend.

Beautiful resort with a great view of the beach. The staff were super hospitable and helpful as well! Just one minor tip - do a quick check on your tap water before using it to wash your hands or face when you come back to your room after long hours. Apparently there was water maintaince done and the water came out murky and brown but we were not informed. Thankfully this was only a once off thing and it resolved within a few minutes. Other than that, the cleanliness and tidiness of the resort was very well maintained. You could see the staff actively cleaning up the resort premises and pools everyday. There is also a beach connected to the resort which has beautiful view, especially at sunset! We were mersmised and so relaxed enjoying our dinner on the sand and the good food. All in all, recommended!

Beautiful friendly staff, who were incredibly helpful with organising transport & trips. Great pool & fab daiquiri’s on hand, with live music each day/night by the pool. Inexpensive but fab massages right there in hotel. Such a relaxed vibe with still the flavour of Bali - not that ultra modernistic glass & chrome, could be anywhere vibe.

The staff were faultless. Accommodation was great however I booked s deluxe garden room and apparently there are back and front facing rooms. So if you book ask for the front ones over looking the fish ponds. So central to everything and great value for money. The food was a great choice and I think we tried everything on the menu

Loved the proximity to the beach and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They provided us with a breakfast box at no extra cost on last day as we had an early flight. The hotel and rooms in general are looking a little tired

Grand Balisani suites provides a traditional Balinese style accommodation that is located on the beach at Seminyak. The staff are warm and friendly. The garden view room that I experienced at the back of the hotel was spacious and perfectly clean. You can still hear the waves crashing on the beach.

Pool area was great both day and night. Close enough to the main areas if you want it but nice to be a little away from the main hustle bustle. Being right on the beach with multiple beach bars within 100m was awesome too. And all for a great price too. Yes the hotel may seem slightly older than others but still good. Staff all great as well. We’d come here for sure.
