"Even though I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel, my room was not the room I requested, Staff especially Mr. Jon from the reception, was very reassuring that he will fix this problem the next day. To my amazement, he lived up to his promise and upgraded me to a lovely room. I was more than happy and for sure will come back to this hotel.
