"Das Zimmer war extrem schön und sehr sauber. Einige Dinge wie Mülleimer, Taschentücher sowie Kosmetikutensilien haben einfach gefehlt. Die Belegschaft war teilweise sehr bemüht, leider aber nicht diesem Standard angemessen (Begrüßung und Erklärung der Anlage hat gefehlt, nach Allergien wurde nicht gefragt, Koffer beim Transport leider beschädigt). Leider sowohl kein Fitnessstudio oder Sauna auf der Anlage vorhanden. Frühstück und Service war sehr überschaubar. Sogar weniger Auswahl an...

"Amazing hotel, you get great value for money with a varied buffet-style breakfast, spa access with saunas, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pools, as well as direct access to the sea! Rooms were very clean and staff helpful and welcoming. Perfect location, with bus stop right outside and short walk to 3 different beaches and multiple beach clubs."

"Fabulous stay, had read some reviews and was a little concerned. Close to the playa de palma with all the bars and restaurant.The area around the hotel was quiet with a great spar supermarket selling freshly made sandwiches. The breakfast was great so much choice from a full english to cereals, fruit, cheese and ham. The room was lovely nice and clean with a really comfortable double bed. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"The room was very clean and well planned, more than usual hotel rooms. Lots of wardrobe space and build in space to put your bag. The shower had a fixed shower glass screen which is much better than the flimsy doors or curtains that you sometimes get. "

"Great breakfast, great location (10 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk from a bus that goes directly into town). Staff is helpful. The room is good, not great: clean, but needs maintenance (our shower was not working and had only a minor improvement after the technician came by; we were not offered another room) and could use amenities that are offered in other hotels (e.g. a coffee maker). Overall we would return."
