1.Safety - bottom tiles of swimming pool needs to be repaired. Could've cut and got infured 2. Elevator smells like vinegar 3. Parking lot does not have indication whether it's occupied or not, hard to find a parking spot 4. Spent more than 30 min to get a taxi inbound/outbound.
