Disappointing language barriers and unfulfilled refund promises As an Expedia Platinum member, I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here requires sharing for future international guests. Unfortunately, none of the staff spoke or read English, making basic communication impossible without relying constantly on Google Translate. Worse, the communication regarding my stay was misleading. During check-in, I informed the front desk that I might check out a day early. They told me to notify them the following morning, which I did. Staff assured me that if my travel agent emailed the refund request, it would be processed. I confirmed with the front desk upon checkout that the request was sent, but they claimed they hadn't received it. My agent sent it a second time. Ten days later, I learned the hotel rejected the refund request entirely despite their previous promises. To be fair, the facility itself is clean and well-maintained. It may be fine for domestic travelers, but I cannot recommend it to overseas guests who do not speak Korean.

I had a positive experience with checking in and checking out. The location of the hotel is fairly good; it’s of working distance to the nearby market, and there were a good amount of restaurants and cafes that were of walking distance. Laundry was a bit confusing. I was never really sure if I was supposed to wash my clothes myself, or if it was a laundry service downstairs, but when I took the elevator down to the basement, the lights of the breakfast hall that connects you to the laundry room were all turned off. That was a bit creepy, and confusing.

Comfortable stay in great location

Great location and walking distance to many tourist spots. Wonderful service from staff and received an upgraded, larger room with comfortable beds. Highly recommend and will return for another stay.

If you like or need a firm mattress, this is your hotel! I thought the bed was amazing, pillows too. However, the carpet in the hallway and the walls needed some maintenance. Carpet was stained in the halls and the room walls needed to be painted for scuff marks and water stains. Bathroom and room itself were clean. The hotel does not get many reservations through Expedia and the front desk could not pull up our reservation easily. Took about 10 minutes, but all was well in the end. Good location for walking around and getting to the water front and falls.

The hotel is close to Olle Market, Seogwipo attractions, and bus stops. The room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast food is really delicious. In particular, I have never seen such friendly staff anywhere else. I will definitely go back to this hotel next time I go to Seogwipo.

Very friendly staff! They gave usefull recommendations and were always quick to greet us. They do the valet parking as well, so no parking worries. The hotel is newly built and feels premium. The breakfast had multiple options.

Very friendly staff and parking attendant who took care of parking our car. The rooms were clean but the layout of the washrooms were a bit odd with the shower and toilet in the same room without any dividers, so water from the shower sprayed onto the toilet and the entire floor would be wet. Great location being walking distance to the Maeil Olle Market and close to lots of restaurants.

The staff was genuinely polite and helpful. One of the best customer service I've ever experienced during my extensive travels over the last 20 years. The hotel was incredibly clean and my family appreciated the convenient location to all the beautiful parks and waterfalls. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and although the location is near a lot of restaurants and landmarks, the area is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here if you're ever in Seogwipo!

The best hotel experience in Jeju! The hotel is new, clean and well developed. The host and staff are super friendly and polite. They even help park the car and upgraded us the hotel room. The executive family room is spacious and comfy with two bedrooms and bathrooms. I will definitely come again and recommend who are planning to Jeju south.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The customer service surpassed my expectations, and the cleanliness of the place was noteworthy. Its location, close to the market and restaurants, added to the overall convenience. The staff's friendliness and the unexpected upgrade, along with a complimentary breakfast, made my stay truly enjoyable.
