Country side get away

Overall very good but pool was not open and gaming area was not functioning. Also tv service was not user friendly or English programing for guests. Be aware there's no shuttle service available to airport or shopping areas

While the property is newly renovated it’s not a good experience. At the Siena primo, there’s only one restaurant and no coffee shop or any other dining amenities. You have to go across the parking lot for two other restaurants which aren’t that great. Also, the pool policy is crazy. They require you to wear a cap to go into the water for sanitary reasons. So stupid. What about people peeing in the water? Also, the location is not great. Away from many things. We would never recommend this place. Stay somewhere else.

Pool was closed but we got to use their sister resort's pool. Their pool had cool laser shows with sauna facility. The room was big and clean with 2 washrooms. They needed to know if we woule join the breakfast night before. Smoking booth by the entrance was not very kid friendly. We didnt get to enjoy their free fishcake and sweet potatoes since the pool was closed. The hotel is a bit far from other touristy attractions and you definitely need a rental car.

This is the worst location in Jeju, there are hardly any taxis around, and the front desk staff were extremely rude to foreigners. Completely unhelpful and frankly pretty rude. Would not recommend not because of the awful front desk, but because the location is so out in Booneyland. Better off sticking with Parnas or Lotte, where there are a ton of things to do around the property.

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever seen for young children. I have a two-year-old son and a baby. They had the best time here! This hotel is perfect because the rooms have toys for children, the pool had toys and free popcorn and cotton candy. They also had a movie playing! There is a kids play room, outside playground, and everything here is child friendly. The rooms even had stepstools so my son could reach the sink. And Nesquick chocolate milk mix next to the coffee. :) Breakfast was very child friendly as well and my son loved it. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. It is the best for young children!

가족 여행으로 오랜만에 찾은 시에나였습니다. 매번 찾을 때마다 다른 오성급보다도 친절한 서비스에 늘 기분이 좋았습니다. 이번에도 다르지 않았고 기대했던 것 이상으로 만족 스런 여행이었습니다. 수영장에 있는 라이프가드분들 아마 국내 호텔중 가장 친절하고 프로페셔널 하지 않나 싶습니다.
