Good hotel in a good location, right next to the market and central for other things. Self-check in and parking easy and helpful. Clean room but small, hard to fit two people and suitcases etc. Could have provided more amenities (slippers etc)

The room is clean with likable surroundings. This is a self serve hotel and no after services except check in. The counter staff is very helpful to assist my check in which is all Korean.

The hotel was really central, could reach all attractions in walking distance. Food arkwt around the corner. Good public transportation connection to explore the island. Very ckean, rooms compact but convenient. Breakfast was good, except the coffee which was hardly drinkable. But extra points for cheese and Nutella. Staff could be a little more friendlier but I guess it was because of the lack of English. Generally most info just in Korean without English translation. Hotel quite big for this small town abd therefore anonymious.

Clean and comfortable

My mom and I stayed in Hotel Kennyโ€™s Standard Twin Room for 2 nights in March 2024. We took Bus 182 from Jeju Airport and disembarked at a round-about. Large luggages can be stowed at the bottom of bus, but subject to availability (other passengers might need to stow luggages too). Hotel Kenny was easy to find, and is conveniently located near Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market. My mom and I had some of our meals at the market due to large variety of food options. Check-in was straightforward. Near the check-in counter, there are fresh towels which you can help yourself to, as there was no housekeeping for the 2 nights we were there. As part of sustainability drive, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided at all 4 hotels we stayed at Jeju and Busan. Room was small, where we could only open 1 large luggage at a time. Toilet is small, such that entire floor will be wet after shower. Nonetheless, beds were clean and comfortable. We checked out by dropping our room key card in a box near the lift. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kenny, and loved its proximity to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market.
