리뉴얼되고 처음 가봤는데 시설이 너무 깨끗하고 ~ 주변 산책로도 너무 좋더라구요! 저는 특히 애슐리 퀸즈 음식 너무너무 맛있었어요!! 간도 적당하고 뷔페치고 정성이 느껴졌어요! 그리고 여기는 무엇보다 직원분들이 친절하셔서 너무 좋았습니다! 덕분에 더 기분 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ

리뉴얼 객실(마운틴뷰) 숙박 후..
리뉴얼된 객실이어서 룸, 화장실, 에어콘, 벽지, 쇼파, 싱크볼 등 전반적으로 깨끗하나 객실사이즈에 비해 화장실이 매우 아담함 뷰는 한라산 봉우리가 측면에 보이는 마운틴 뷰였고 높은 층이어서 전반적인 시야 넓음. 낮은 층은 주차장 뷰가 더 메인일 듯함 불편사항에 대해 빠르게 조치해주었으나 객실 침구의 퀄러티나 공용 세탁시설의 설비 대수, 성능이 업그레이드되면 좋을 듯함

호텔스 닷컴에서 예약 후 리뉴얼 된 방이 따로 있다는 걸 알게 되었어요. 리조트에 연락해 추가금 내고 리뉴얼 된 켄싱턴 프리미어 방으로 변경 했습니다. 리뉴얼 된지 얼마 안되어서 그런지 방도 너무 청결하고, 컨디션도 좋더라고요. 다음에도 또 방문하고 싶은 리조트였습니다. 아침 조식 애슐리도 한식, 양식, 빵 종류 다양하게 있었고 아침으로 먹기에는 괜찮더라고요. 조식 먹고 리조트 한바퀴 돌면 산책도 하기 좋고요. 지하에 편의점도 24시간이라 필요한거 있을 때 사기 좋았어요!
