"There is a lift, and the bed is comfortable and clean. There is a set of toiletries on entry.
The bathroom was clean, shower had good water pressure and was warm.
However, the walls would benefit from cleaning. The light fixing just has a main light.
The hotel says there is heating however it was cold the first night then on the second night in -7 degree there was no heating in the room.
It's main function is a love hotel and sound proofing seemed sort of okay, some noises were still audible...

"Westin Josun Seoul — A Refined Take on a Seoul Staycation
Just back from a staycation at the Westin Josun Seoul, and it more than delivered. The location is unbeatable, a 5-minute walk to Myeongdong, putting an incredible spread of restaurants and shopping right at your doorstep, perfect for anyone wanting their staycation to double as a food and retail adventure.
Service was immaculate from check-in to check-out, and housekeeping was consistently excellent throughout the stay.
The only drawback is that the furnishings show the hotel's age in places, which is understandable given its heritage. That said, it barely takes away from the overall experience.
For travellers looking for a different kind of staycation, one centred on location, dining, and top-tier service rather than flashy newness, this is hands down one of the best options in Seoul.

"We stayed in bldg B and it was nice. Had enough space for our needs. washer/dryer & some commonly used kitchen items which was good. There was also a clothes steamer which we used a few times to remove the wrinkles. Close to subway , location was good to get to tourists spots. A/C was very cold which we enjoyed. Great stay for us & would stay again. Oh neighboring bldgs were getting rebuilt but no noise was experienced during our stay. Convenient store was good for buying Climate card & topping off the T money card. We didn’t experience the breakfast as we wanted to try different places. We found a local coffee roaster (Sinabro) a few blocks away in an office bldg that was great. There was also a bakery on the same floor as coffee place except it was just outside the bldg in the subway walkway that connected into the bldg."
"Had an amazing experience here. A slight 18 min walk to Myeongdong shopping district but close to subway and a lot of restaurants. The R.ena Italian restaurant on the 2nd floor is the so tasty. You gotta try it. If you're staying there you get a discount. Hotel Ena, is a def stay again. A stones throw away from here. So beautiful!"
"Hotel is clean and functional. Location is superb, just 3 mins walk from Myeongdong shopping and street food area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby."
"I had a wonderful stay at Lotto Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The service throughout my stay was excellent and made me feel very comfortable.
The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel’s location is also a major advantage, close to local markets, shopping, restaurants, and convenient transportation, making it easy to explore the city.
I highly recommend Lotto Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, great service, and a convenient location. I would happily stay here again."
