As foreign visitors who do not speak Korean, we had a terrible time getting help from the hotel for transportation. When I called and spoke in English asking for the shuttle information the front desk clerk hung up on me. I had to go to the airport help desk and have the attendant on duty use my phone to call the hotel back to get the information. The clerk informed us that the airport shuttle was not running. It was 1800. We had to stand in the rain to try to get a taxi. We found the correct taxi stand, but none of the taxis would take us to the hotel. We put in for an Uber and continued to try to get a taxi to take us to the hotel. We never found one. After 45 minutes of standing in the freezing December rain, we got a call from a wonderful Uber driver! Rather than having guests call the hotel to inquire about the shuttle times it should be posted on the website! We were able to take the shuttle to the airport the next day. It would have been amazing to have been able to catch it the night before.

The restauran manager, Ms. Ho, truly made our stay there memorable. She is very helpful, friendly and patient. She is a very important commodity to this property.

Lovely hotel, but unless you're shopping at the nearby outlet mega malls, there's nothing to see or do within walking distance. Getting a taxi from Gimpo airport to the hotel was a challenge; most cabbies refused because the distance was too short to be profitable.

Shocked by pool condition, which is not always complimentary. Couldn't get a single seat to leave my backs due to amazing number of people in amazingly small pool, which does not have a dedicated shower facility inside. My kid was very interested in lillte train around the hotel but it has not worked for a long time without any prior notice. The manager was not even kind over my complaint. Plus, breakfast quality was below average.

This is not good hotel for customers,especially foreign tourist. They have indoor and outdoor swimming pool and hotel guest has to pay $25.00 per day per guest.If you go indoor and outdoor,you have to pay $50.00. This is ridiculous. Even service is not too good.. not recommend for hotel.com customers

Good hotel near big shopping mall
Room was comfortable and good to view riverside. Although restaurant was only one around the hotel, you can walk to shopping mall by riverside for all kinds of food. Pool was small with a lot of kids. Kid playroom was also entertaining. My kids really enjoyed VR experiences with free Karaoke. It was lovely weekend.

공항 셔틀버스가 너무 좋았어요.
공항 운행 셔틀이 너무 편리합니다. 직원들은 다 불친절한데 기사님이 젤 친절하셨어요. 1층 편의점이 저녁 무렵에는 패키지 관광객들 때문에 사람이 너무 많고, 밤늦게는 술을 팔지 않아서 불편했던거 말고는 아주 만족한 숙박이었습니다.

전반적으로 불만족
조식 매우 불만족, 가격대비 너무 부실함 호텔내 저녁식사 불가능, 호텔주변 식당 없음. 거의 섬수준임. 주변에 식사할수있는 식당까지 가려면 택시를 타야하나 택시는 절대 잡히지 않음, 대리운전도 안잡힘. 무조건 배달 해야함. 룸컨디션은 청소상태 불만족 이상한 예약체계, 한호텔을 두개의 법인이 씀.

침대 머리맡에 먼지 쌓여있고 조명 밑에 먼지 두둥실.. ㅎ G7커피라도 아이스로 마시려면 얼음은 편의점에서 사 먹어야합니다 ㅎㅎ 조식은 제육볶음 스크램블 말고 먹을거없어요. 갓구운 빵이나 연어같은 기대 하지마세요.

주차장 넓고, 침대는 적당하게 푹신해서 좋았어요. 직원분들도 친절하고 웃는 얼굴로 인사 나눠주셔서 기분이 좋았습니다. 아침 조식과 식당 분위기도 넘 깔끔,화사하고 좋았고, 가운과 실내 슬리퍼가 있어 편리했어요. 특히,호텔 1층에 크고 깨끗한 편의점이 있어서 편리 했습니다. 아쉽게도 루프탑 수영장이 개장전이라 사용을 못했지만, 다음에 꼭 들려보고 싶네요.
