I really enjoyed some of the little things that I don't often see in American hotels: the window could open, the blackout shades, the bidet, the soundproof walls, the do not disturb/make up room button, etc. And the staff, even random maids encountered in the halls, were all very friendly.
Some people think the rooms are too small, but it was perfect for my daughter and me, as we were really only in there for sleeping and getting dressed.
