Very convenient to shops and restaurants though the onsite restaurant wasn't open for lunch or dinner (march 2022). Pretty easy walk to the new Namwirye metro stop. Room was very nice.

Ugly girl in pretty dress.
This facility seems tailored to servicing the banquets and such. The check in seemed an interruption to whatever they were doing before. Room was fine, clean, nice view, but small for 4star. Beds even smaller. Pool located in separate building, parking has different elevators than rooms so on off. And let’s stop pretending the resturant and bar is shut for Covid. 5min walk has hundreds of bars-cafes, serving thousands of people. The hotel was losing money on the bar, and Covid is excuse to keep it shutdown. And after long day of travel a quick snack and drink is much better than one more trip out.

There was so much info at the property but I could have done with receiving this in an email before I arrived ie how to get there. Maybe I should have thought of that myself. Other than that, wish I had stayed longer, fabulous hotel.

Nice hotel, great neighborhood.
Nice and quiet hotel. The maid service was good but occasionally forgot to replenish items like toilet paper. One of only a couple hotel options in this new neighborhood, and it's a great neighborhood.

Brand new hotel
This is a brand new hotel, so it was very clean. The building was huge and the room was comfortable. One downside is there's nothing much to enjoy around it though, I had a pretty good stay for the price. Will stay again.

good service-location still to be determined.
Miltiopia city is around a new development area- so there's not easy access to city (food, movie, entertainment) unless you have a car. The staff was excellent and was very professional. The breakfast buffet was expensive but good quality if not very imaginative. The Korean Spa was modest with three pools , but the spa was actually not as clean as you would expect for a new facility.
