Convenient location and comfortable
My family and I had a wonderful one night stay at Samstay. Clear directions to apartment were provided, which really helped. Good location with Hongik University Subway station (Exit 2) just 1 minute away, Exit 9 (night market street) just across the street. Lots of eateries around. Pick up point for our Vivaldi ski trip was at Exit 8, which was just across the street. So that was really convenient. The only issue was the TV. We couldn’t get it to work and help was not available. It was a good reason to get my children to bed early.

Very convenient location
Extremely near entrance of subway station. Apartment is clean and adequate space for 5 people to stay in. Host is friendly and responses quick. There's a self service laundry in the basement. Overall a good apartment for a short stay.

사진하고 너무 틀리고 저렴한것도 아니고 주차비따로받고 실외기 소리인지 너무 시끄러워서 잠도 잘 못잤습니다.아이들이 생각도하기싫다고 하네요.

舒適之旅
入住時，廁所水有滲漏，令廁所地面經常有水，幸好沒有滑倒過。最後一天，還沒有廁所水，沖廁很麻煩。但整體上，舒適，床比較軟，有提供廚房，食具，洗衣機，晒衫架，腳部按摩機等， 非常方便可以少帶衣服。

不錯的酒店
鄰近地鐵站出口（有電梯），對拿著繁重行李的顧客來講是十分方便。職員會不時透過短訊發出窩心問候及提供合適的協助。房間整體很整潔舒適，房間裡有簡潔廚具，可以煮輕食。酒店鄰近弘大中心，吃、喝、玩、樂應有盡有，購物也很方便。 下次會再選擇此酒店，並會介紹給親友。

찾기도 좋고 위치도 좋고 다 좋은데 난방이...
다 좋아요 금액도 저렴하고 제가 지낸 방은 싱글 3개에 더블1개 총 5명이 지낼 수있는 방인데 전 3명이서 지냈어요 역에서 가깝고 완전 편하고 좋은데 ................................ 난방이 너무 안되서 라디에이터같은거 벽에 바람나오는 난방 한개있는데 창문이 저희는 창문이 없는 줄알았어요... 바람이 슝슝슝 너무 춥고.. 이 겨울에.. 그것말고는 없었습니다..

ホンデ駅からとても近いのに11階に泊まったためか、静かに過ごせました！ベッドも綺麗でしたし、安いのにこのクオリティなら十分です。ホンデ滞在の際はまたリピートしたいです！

位置理想，交通便利，周邊多購物商店和食肆。
有點失望，入住至離開全程只是以短訊聯繫，負責人除了首天講解如何到達房間位置，再沒有其他說明(如退房資料，寄存服務等)，而且由最初聯繫開始，負責人經常弄錯客人訂房資料(如入住天數)。房間整潔一般，浴室和煮食位置衛生較差，沒有提供訂房時註明的簡單清潔用品，以及每天清潔房間服務 (**但店員是每天都有到來房間)，連最基本的清理垃圾都沒有，本人已簡單分類和封口，所以住上數天後衛生環境更差。

四人同住一間房間有六晚，近地鐵站，房間清潔整齊。房東盡快協助住客的要求，最後一天是晚機，房東協助可以寄存行李到晚上。

대체로 매우 만족하였으나 5인 예약하고 갔는데 4인 예약이 되있었다. 하지만 호텔측의 즉시 침구류 셋팅으로 만족하였다.

住宿非常接近地鐵站，大約步行兩分鍾左右。和相片中的設施相同，有任何問題與屋主聯絡都能即時回應。很好～下次也會再入住！

Very Nice Place!
The host is nice, he reminds me to bring an umbrella with me on the cloudly day, its so warm! He would also help for any problems I have. It's close to the Hongik station and easy to find. The room is clean, the kitchen is so lovely, the bed is soft. I would stay at the same place when next time going to Seoul. GOOD!

Not a hotel. No sign so damn hard to find. Just a room in an apartment. Noisy and hardly working air conditioning.
