Fair deal and convenient
I’ve stayed at many hostels before and this is definitely the best one I’ve ever been to! It’s clean and comfy, staff are friendly. They provide everything you need, like towel, shampoo, hair dryer. The breakfast is simple but good, they usually provide bread, cheese, cereal, cup noodles and boiled egg. Will definitely back to this hostel for my next visit.

Staff is kind and helpful, my bunk was located beside a window that could not fully close due to wiring running through it which allowed flies into the room. Shower gel and shampoo is provided along with towels. Detergent comes at 500KRW. Breakfast is adequate. Excellent location allowing easy access to Hongdae and AREX. Overall value for money.

Pleasant stay
I have nothing but good to say about Y's House! The staff was really kind and helpful, and the dorm room I shared with 3 others was exactly as expected from the pictures. Bed was comfy, room was warm, and breakfast kept me satisfied :) I would go again if i ever need a cheap but nice place to stay in Hongdae!

口コミを見て行ったけど、微妙だった。管理人さんはあまりフレンドリーじゃないしスタッフは挨拶しないし無愛想。あまり人と触れ合いたくない人にはいいかもしれません。ゲストが足音とか何かする音がうるさいのは仕方ないかもしれないけど、スタッフがバタバタうるさい。清掃の時に男性スタッフがノックもなしに女性専用の部屋に入ってきます。施設は韓国の中では綺麗だと思う。タオルもレンタルフリーでシャンプーとボディーソープもあるし、ホンデ駅から近いから良かった。けど、二度目はあまり考えてないです。

おはようございます。Y`s houseのマネージャーsamと模します。レビューの残り見ました。良くない記憶を差し上げたことをお詫びいたします。 でも、"清掃の時に男性スタッフがノックもなしに女性専用の部屋に入ってきます。"このような誤解が発生する言葉は削除してください。 掃除時間、掃除を始める前に部屋のドアを開ける時はいつも声を出ます。ここで内側に音がある時、掃除をために入ってもいいですかとの声を掛けています。 そして、返事がぜんぜんない時や許可を貰って入って掃除をしています。 もしかして、お客さんが返事をしていなかったとか、掃除の音で目が覚めたとか、他のお客さんが許可をする時、他のお客さんとの会話が全く聞こえなかったのではないですか? もし、清掃する男性スタッフが本当に何もしなくそのまま這入ってしまった事なら、今回支払ったお金の払い戻しや次の予約を無料でさせていただきます。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ぜひ連絡をお願いいたします。お待ちしております。 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　メニージsam

I recommend this guesthouse for the foreigner, who wants short-term to stay in Seoul. In my opinion, the equipment is clean, comfortable. Even it's winter now, the heater is warm for everyone.

Convenient location, friendly and talkative staff, nice buddies, tidy and warm rooms. One room for improvement: better to hang a basket or some container for cloths at bathroom, girls definitely need it. Kkkkkkk. Others are perfect!!!

清潔で過ごしやすいゲストハウス
2回目の宿泊でしたが、前回よりもチェックイン時の説明が丁寧でわかりやすかった。私が行ったときは日本語で説明してくれました。 室内も清潔でベッドにはカーテンがついていて過ごしやすかったです。 朝食のメニューもパン以外に卵やナッツ、カップ麺などもあり充実の内容でした。また宿泊したいです。

늦게 체크인 했는데도 편하게 들어갈수 있었고 묵는 내내 늦은 시간에 숙소 들어가야해서 걱정했는데 소등시간이 따로 없어서 편했습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 방마다 화장실, 샤워실이 따로 있어서 좋았어요!

ぜひまた利用したい！ ゲストハウスは初めての利用でした。いまのこの様な情勢の中の旅行ではセキュリティのしっかりしたホテルにしようかと迷ったのですがみんなの評価を信じて利用してみました。結果、ほんとに良かったと思います。受付の男性も日本語が堪能でしたし、部屋も清潔でした。ホテルの周辺も落ち着いてる感じで夜も静かでした。 ありがとうございました。

快適でした
日本語の堪能なスタッフの方がいらしたのでチェックインがスムーズにできました。 シャンプーとボディーソープ、ドライヤーもあるし、タオルは使い放題なので便利でした。 駅からも近いのでまたソウルに行くときは泊まりたいと思いました。

朝食付きで、アメニティ一式も揃ってて、かつ立地もよく、スタッフも日本語が流暢だったので、初めての韓国でしたが、宿のおかげですごいいい滞在になりました。

서비스도 좋고 시설도 깨끗하고 정말 만족했습니다! 아침에 무료 조식까지 포함 되어 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 하나 불편했던 점은 새벽에 방에서 이야기를 하시거나 전화를 하시는 분들이 많아서 잠을 못잤습니다.. 규칙을 따로 만들어 주셨으면 좋겠네요 ;; 다 좋은데 아쉬웠습니다.

패밀리룸이라 편하고 시설이 깨끗하고 아이들도 좋아해서 만족합니다~^^ 화장실이랑 샤워하는곳을 따로 분리 시켜 기다릴 필요가 없어 좋았긴한데 화장실이 너무 좁아 답답하긴하더라구요.

バスタオル使い放題が嬉しかったです。トイレとシャワーブースが別々なので韓国あるあるのシャワー浴びるとトイレまで濡れるということもなかった。とても親切にしていただきました。またソウル来る時は利用したいです。

每天都有人進房做清潔工作，很棒！早餐雖簡單，但仍吃的飽足及滿意！staff也很盡量幫助我們的需求及解惑！櫃子沒有鎖，如果自己沒帶，可以跟櫃台用押金租借，最後退還即可！離弘大地鐵站也滿近，周邊環境夜晚不會吵鬧。不錯！！

遅い時間に到着した際も、快く対応してくださいました。日本語OKで、とても清潔で、タオルも毎日新しいにを使えます。弘大エリアで、夜も比較的若者が多く、治安も悪くなさそうです。

최고의 시설
넓고 쾌적한 방이 무척 좋았습니다. 다만 신축인지 새집 냄새가 나서 조금 아쉬웠는데 당분간 창문을 열어놓고 환기를 계속 시켜주시면 더 좋을듯해요.

新しくて過ごしやすい
新しくできたゲストハウスだったのでとてもきれいだった。 ドミトリーに宿泊しましたがトイレとシャワーが別だったので他の人がシャワーに入っている間にもトイレにいけるので便利だった。ただシャワーの中には服を置く場所がなく少し困った。 またwifiがあったが接続できなかった。他の人も繋がらなくてフロントに問い合わせているようでした。新しいところだったので清潔でよかったです。

お客様の大切な書き込み有難うございます。 ドミトリー室の中にあるシャワー場の壁面に服をかける所がありますが,ドアが開いているとドアの後ろに隠れて見えないになることをお客様のレビューで知りました。他のお客樣が同じ 不便がないように案内に気をつけてます。 ドミトリー内にドンタッチと書きっているスイッチがありますがそのスイッチを ゲストさんがよく消えてしまいます。そのスイッチはWi-Fiと繋がってるいるのでお客様と同じお問い合わせもよくあります。 この部分も直しで,次はもっと良いサービスを提供します。機会があればもう一度ご利用して下さい。 ^^
