On this last stay in May & June 2025 - Natashya (Concierge) always welcoming with a smile and even took a short walk to direct me to the Hop on Hop off pick up point. There was also a very friendly doorman (can’t remember his name though). Always had a smile and very chatty. Had a pleasant surprise on my second stay in June - they had a birthday cake for me (even though birthday was 3 days before). "
