"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. Hotel location was perfectly central. Highly recommend. "

"I stayed for 6 nights at Park Royal, the suite was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and in a very good location for anyone wanting to stay in the Bukit Bintang area. It was also quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and professional, I would definitely stay again if I ever get another chance to travel to KL. "

"I book Signature bedroom view is amazing. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning is good. The view from the pool when sunset is very panoramic. Location is near to Abdullah Hukum LRT and KTM make our tour easy to go other attractions in kl. Also walkable to Midvalley and kl eco city. The property its self have breakfast serviced that can send to our room at the morning. Everything was good here.😍"

"Overall location was good. The room itself was spacious and had plenty of amenities such as the washer and dryer. Only issue was the shower area - water didn't drain properly and the sealing probably needed to be redone as the sides were leaking after a shower."

"I absolutely loved my stay at the Dorsett Residences in Kuala Lumpur. The staff were very kind and helpful and the property itself was beautiful. The amenities were wonderful. The views were great. The area is situated near Bukit Bintang, and is close to anything you would want whether it’s food options or shopping. I will definitely book here again when I come back to KL next year. "The lap pool on the roof top was great as well as the other pool. Quiet and nice view. The room was bigger than expected and very spacious and quiet! Beyond my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay there and will come back when I need to go to KL. Also, the hotel is 10/15 min walk to the Petronas Towers so great location with malls and supermarkets and restaurants around. Perfect really! "
