"The staff went over and above to make this a unique experience. Our butler Ali was superb, Gideon who cleaned our room is out of this world. Folds your shirts and makes the bed twice a day. The young chef made meals that were consistently tasty. Rashid the Camp manager was a charm and excellent host. Highly recommend this place. "

"1. The local Africans that work here are great - they were amazing guys that made my brief stay here tolerable. Thank you guys - you know I appreciated all you did.
2. Location - You're literally in the middle of the wild plains of the Serengeti - One night, several hyenas slept just outside my tent - little nerve racking, but that's the wild for you. 3. Service - The VIP tent was good but the food and service was outstanding considering where you are!!

"We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400. "Overpriced substandard facilities. Freezing cold bedroom. Ugly architecture, dark and dingy. Dirty dark and cold bathroom. Window stained with dead bugs and dust. No heaters to compensate. Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container. Unheard of when we have paid £900 to be in this tacky facility worthy of a YMCA student accommodation Location of the property is very bad....
