"Main complaints: wifi/cable is unreliable, cleaning staff shortage and noisy rooms next to busy road. All 4 days and 3 nights of my stay, wifi was not available. I was unable to send important documents from my laptop. There were multiple dog pee stains on the carpet that were so old, they were brown. I had to make sure the room was cold and the window was open to avoid the odor from getting onto my items. Also, there was a full trash can from the previous guest when I entered. Mildew smell in bathroom. I was in town for medical reasons and I told the front desk clerk that I needed a quiet room to be able to rest. She stuck me with a room next to the highway and lobby, and heard people talking a foot away from my window all day. Due to the lack of sleep and being a hilton honors member, I asked for a later check out time to take a nap, but couldnt due to limited amount of cleaning staff available. The only positive aspects of this stay was the amazing breakfast and the very comfortable bed."
