We had a good stay overall but the most important thing for family is iron they have ironing service if you pay for each clothes other than that everything was nice they have unlimited food drink alcohol and very big and beautiful pool and beach workers are very polite and friendly thanks

Simply amazing
It was such a wonderful experience. The hotel is spotless, well organized and offers a great variety of activities. Not only that but the food was excellent as well with a huge buffet that changes its meals every single day. Especially amazing was the staff. Everyone’s been super friendly and helpful! Special to mention the whole housekeeping team doing a tremendous job cleaning, Ahmet from the restaurant, the young guy from the patisserie (don’t know his name) and the whole photographer team in particular Mikail. Thank you all for giving us an unforgettable time.

We had a pleasant stay except of 2 things that I was pleased about. They have a secret garden room that you need to make a reservation and I did not know and I asked for a cup of tea and they would not serve the tea even though I have asked them I will take the cup of tea and drink it outside the garden. The manager finally agreed to server however I waited 10 minutes and I was not served that stupid cup of tea. Also the bathroom had a major leak and they did fix it nor change my room. Other than that everything was amazing.

Reluctant to give this place one star, truly horrible place. The best part was hiring a car so we could escape. The rooms had mould in the bathroom and were quite shabby with crap beds. The carpets around the rooms were just covered in stains. Food was just so bland and repetitive. Staff were generally good but there were some really rude ones. You couldn't sit by the pool unless you want to be defended by the music. The shop charged us €25 for sun screen. We actually sat down for dinner one night and realised we were sitting in sick, it was so disgusting. Just horrible place.woukd never go back. Shame because Turkey is lovely.

Tropical resort Paradise
We chose this place because we wanted to stay at a tropical style garden resort with lots of palm trees, beautiful ornate gardens, and large pools. We really enjoyed this place for 10 days. Pools with loud dance music suits our type of holiday. The buildings and rooms are now in need of a luxury update to complete with the more luxurious hotels in area but they are still ok if you get a discount value for money price overall we enjoyed it, lots of entertainment, mainly Russian speaking hosts, for the many Russian guests but the workers all speak english well. Still deserves a 5 star review because of the pool garden areas and so much fun, but not quite the 5 star luxury interms of building or room decor.

Very good All Inclusive hotel
Had a great 8 day break at the Crystal Tat beach resort. Staff all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Room was perfect, was situated on lower floor, read a few negative comments about this but we really enjoyed, didn't need to go through hotel to pools etc.. just out side door and we was there. Only small negative i could say about this hotel was that i found the internet access not the best but overall had a great holiday and would certainly go back.

Not a 5 star equivalent to UK standards.
Upon arrival to the hotel you are treated by reception staff, I had a few questions but was unable to get a response due to language barrier. We were taken up to our room which was much smaller then the images, the bathroom was a stand in shower- with mould on side from it being outdated. This was definitely not 5 star. Positively the food standard and staff in the catering area were outstanding in both capacities. The hotel Is full of Russians and as such caters for their needs above anyone elses. Also the hotel advertises that they had a doctor on the resort,my daughter fell off the snake pool ride, finding it difficult to breath, we ran to the doctors area only to find a nurse who speaks no English who would transfer us to the hospital. Thankfully my husbands friend is a doctor who we called urgently and he instructed us to check things. Not requiring urgent medical care. The nurse in the resort told us to sign a document saying that a doctor had checked my daughter!! This was totally unacceptable so I wrote this on the paper instead of signing it!! Also the Russians define you do not like anyone from England. It is very clear!! Avoid guys x

Don’t go to this hotel unless you are Russian
Everything is catered for Russians at this hotel. Rooms are very outdated and The pictures are deceiving. Hotel staff barely spoke any English. When you enter the hotel there is no welcome or greetings from reception staff. Your room key is handed to you and elevator is pointed to you. No bell service we had to carry our 4 suitcases ourselves. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Location is great and the pools are very nice. The night showes are terrible for a 5 star hotel. The food is great with lots of variety.

Nice hotel but could do with a freshen up. Room cleanliness was ok but bathroom could show some care when cleaning. Had to comment a couple of times. Plenty of variety to eat but could be warmer. Holiday overall was good with only a few problems but were dealt with fairly quickly.

excelent relaxation hotel kids enjoyed it to the max, excellent pools and water slides, the hotel has private beach 1 min walking from the pool, private taxi's from to the hotel are expensive you have to be aware what you pay for they sometimes ask for boule price dont pay what they ask for, always ask for turning on the taxi meter it is fair to everybody,

4* not 5* but very good relaxing hotel food is nice but mostly Europein they do try to cater for the British bar service is very good waiting staff are great pools are super clean the beach is also very clean entertaining was poor but this was due to the time of year as I stayed early April but the weather was hot and cold at night the hotel is a good journey from main town so when your there its taxis to go anywhere (not cheap)

Amazing stay

Amazing Hotel but Service can be a bit better
I went here with me and my wife and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The experience was good and we enjoyed our time a lot. Everything was almost perfect except the service at night was a bit slow and the salad and appetizers were not so liked by many others also.

There were parts if the complex that appeared moth/balled for the season(it was April), but for us it was excellent. A really posh experience for an all inclusive!

Fantastic hotel offering amazing value for money. Excellent standard of food (and we are foodies!). It really is all inclusive. Didn't spend a penny. Only money I needed was to tip the hard working polite helpful staff. Wifi free and available in all areas. 4 very good Tennis courts - free water bottles in a fridge for you to help yourself to. April is a perfect time of year to go to Turkey. Beautiful weather. Such a shame for all these hotels as they must be losing fortunes. They need tourists or will all lose their jobs. Hotel very quiet but multicultural and friendly. Mostly Germans no Russians anymore. No problems communicating with staff. English spoken Can't understand why more Brits don't go to this area of Turkey. I can't wait to go back!
