This hotel is within 10 minutes from the train station, very convenient. It is also near the famous tourist district with lots of restaurants, cafe, spa, and pharmacy etc. The room was clean, comfy and nicely decorated. The staff was super friendly. The check-in and check-out was smooth and quick. There were taxi right outside waiting to take you anywhere you need.

Some hits, lots of little misses

Lots of little issues made this less than what it could have been. The toilet flushed poorly and I often had to remover the tank cover to move the flap back into place and re-flush almost every time. There should always be a spare roll of toilet paper in every bathroom and I hated worrying about running low or our and had to make a note for the housekeeping staff to replenish. I believe we were entitled to 2 free drinks per day during our stay due to my membership level, but that only happened the first day. The TV remote control instructions were unclear and we never figured it out making for a frustrating experience. The pluses were that the front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional, friendly and respectful which were great. Breakfast options also excellent.

The staff were nice, polite, and helpful. Since there are two separate buildings side by side and one of them has no staff stationed there, it was a little confusing when we checked in. Housekeeping was properly done. However, as the building is old, it was still quite dusty, to the point that it triggered my allergic reaction.

とても立地が良くリピートで利用させていただきました。 ホテルの設備としては、部屋の冷蔵庫のききが悪く、気温が36度もある中、キンキンに冷えた飲み物が飲めないのが辛かったのですが、フロントに共用の冷蔵庫を見つけてからは少し手間はありますが冷たい飲み物も飲めるようになりました。 評価には関わらないのですが、現金がが足りなくなったらホテルで換金をすることはできます。しかしホテルで換金をしようとしたら、レートが悪いから銀行に行った方が良いよと言われ結局銀行で換金しました。確かに1ドルあたり1円くらいホテルは高くつきました。

TOYOMITSU

バスルームの排水が良くなくて、バスルームが水浸しになってしまう。その扉も閉めにくい。 あまり気にはならなかったけど、隣のお部屋の子どもたちの声がよく聞こえた。 引き出しの取っ手が所々取れているのが気になった。 なんと言っても利便性は良くコスパも良いので、また利用します。
