When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. "Our stay was fabulous at Mezzatorre. The service staff is spot on. If you’re questioning if it’s worth it - it is. The breakfast was included however we didn’t realize it so we didn’t take advantage of it until the last day and we didn’t really even eat much. Also the thermal spas are included as well. And the bed and toiletries are great as well. We stayed 3 nights and felt like 1 more would have been better. "

"This property goes above and beyond expectations. The location is "challenging" at first to get to, but once you figure it out is easy peezy! Plenty of parking for hotel guests. Staff is super nice and does their best with english, but ALWAYS tries with a smile. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL! The view is stunning! Weddings do happen almost daily, BUT with the door shut it isn't disturbing, PLUS you get fireworks show. Definitely worth the tiny drive from Naples to stay in a nicer, cheaper, and all around better hotel."
