"Overall, we had a good stay. The welcome was kind and friendly, and we appreciated the effort to make us feel comfortable from the start.
The setting is charming, with decor that feels truly authentic and thoughtfully done, giving the place a warm and unique character. However, there are a few things to be aware of. The walls between rooms are quite thin, so noise travels easily — we could clearly hear our neighbor snoring during the night. The bed was okay, but not the most comfortable we’ve...

"Everything was wonderful. I would suggest you knowing a little Italian before you go to Italy, but the accommodations were just up to my expectations. The staff was wonderful. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and the buffet in the morning was just what I needed. I would definitely go back and stay there and recommend it to my family and friends. It’s in a great location to go to all the smaller cities around it and you can either walk or take the tram for less than two dollars."

"We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site.
The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day.
The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral.
We will definitely stay here again."

"It was a great location. The rooms were large as well as the bathroom. The atmosphere is like an old palace and the breakfast was very nice. It was a five minute walk from the train station. I would definitely stay there again."

"This place is gorgeous, I wish we had time to relax and enjoy the garden. You can hear comings and goings from the lobby but it’s nothing dramatic. Viola the owner is super lovely and very helpful. Would stay again in a garden view room. "

"This hotel is incredible, we have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is absolutely near the top. The location is perfect - easy access by tram to and from the airport and the train station, close enough to walk to the centre of town but away from the crowds. The rooms are spotless, modern and the beds are so comfortable!! The air conditioning is incredible (it averaged 38C when we were there in August), was like heaven walking into the hotel after long days of walking. The breakfast buffet is amazing, so much choice - you can either indulge or have a healthy meal. Every staff member is so lovely and gracious. I am writing this on the train to Rome where we are also staying at an IQ Hotel and we are all so happy to have it to look forward to. You will not regret booking this hotel!"
"The hotel is in a great spot if you want to be in the city center. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and overall it was a great space. I wish they had conditioner but I noticed that some of the hotels in Europe just don’t have conditioner. Some do and some don’t so if they did that would have been a bonus. I will say our bathroom was weird and I forgot to take a pic of it. It was different than what you see in the pictures for the comfort room that we picked. It was a small closet sized room that had the shower in the corner with a drain so even with towels surrounding the shower the floor would get wet and it was easy to slip. Other than that the room was perfect for what we needed it to be for our trip."
"I was only here for a short stay but the staff were excellent, the meal in the restaurant was excellent, and the room was very comfortable with great amenities."
"Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was good. Staff needs to be more professional. Overall, great stay. The free parking was a plus coz that’s hard to find on big cities."
