"The hotel was quiet with ample safe parking and the staff were friendly and helpful. For me though what really stood out about the hotel was the quality of the food on offer. We dined in the bar all 3 nights of our stay and the food was excellent. Thank you."

"I stayed here in a suite the night before my wedding, it was nice spacious room and clean hotel. Breakfast was good and nothing to fault. I didn’t get to use the pool area so can’t comment on facilities but would stay again. "
"Ideally situated for visiting the Royal Observatory, National Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark, etc. by way of a pleasant walk across the heath and through Greenwich Park. Also, the hotel is a short bus ride away from the O2 Arena, as well as Blackheath train station within 5 minutes walk, for access to central London. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is very good and offers plenty of choice, the evening meals are excellent in a relaxed setting. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. A great place to stay!"
"The room was great very clean good standard. Very impressed with everything. Right by valet parking which was great. We had an early start in the morning but my wake up call at 3am was very welcome. "Great location in North Terminal of Gatwick airport. Don’t even have to go outside. Several Restaurants on site at hotel or access to the airport facilities are easy as well. Also near shuttle link to South Terminal where there is access to direct trains into London."
"This is a great hotel and we booked in again as soon as we knew we were flying from Gatwick. The pool is fab, the rooms spacious, everything is spotlessly clean, the staff were superb and the bar/ food options are decent.
Only negatives - it's expensive for a taxi to the airport and it was a complete nightmare accessing the hotel on foot. Last time we stayed we were in a car. Other than that, a top notch place to stay."
"The main entrance scent was lovely. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They allocated a spacious and clean room for my family. There were shops near by and the station was just behind the hotel I was very pleased. One thing I suggest, upgrading the bathroom to a more aesthetic style and improving the breakfast menu I was not able to get plant based milk or yogurt for my daughter. "
