We werent told thst the pool was closed for maintenence throughout our stay which was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. Hotel Murillo
Hotel does not operate air conditioning in February even if it’s needed. It’s still in heater mode for every room and can’t switch over to air conditioning mode until later in the year. Weird.
