7.8/10 Good! (114 reviews)
The hallways on the first floor were really smelly. Carpets are old and need replacing. The rooms were not tended to daily. There weren't sufficient bath towels, although after I asked for some, they were delivered to our room. Coffee machine in main lobby didn't work. I am not a fan of the "no person" check-in at the front desk.

"No useful amenities at all. The AC and hot water would give out after the first few minutes. There was barely any room to walk in the room, tissue paper was terrible and no water or anything in there. No fresh air. I felt like I was dying"

"Pods (or ‘nests’) very comfortable. Excellent sound proofing. Was woken up by someone moving around in the nest below me but presumably they were a very tall person who couldn’t fit in properly. Enough room for a large backpack or small suitcase. Pack light. Bathrooms very quiet and clean. Very chilled ..."
