A special thank you to the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Chef Mohsen was simply amazing. He personally prepared special meals for my two sons, who are picky and almost hard to please, and somehow managed to get them excited about mealtime! We’re so grateful for the extra care and attention the restaurant staff gave us. From Hagar and Mohamed to Hosny; a big thank you for their kindness and warmth. They really made us feel at home. The buffet was another highlight; fresh, delicious, and full of variety. There were new and exciting options every day, including meat, chicken, seafood, veggies, and plenty of fruits and desserts. We looked forward to every meal. Overall, a truly memorable experience. We’d absolutely come back! "
