"It’s a very old hotel. Room was very clean upon arrival. I stayed for a few days I requested housekeeping but never came. Requested clean towels but never came."
"Worst room I have ever stayed at as we could hear every single word our neighbors said, like they were in the same room. This was especially awful when one side was awake at 4am! I thought I booked a room with a kitchenette, as we were possibly going to need a freezer, however upon arrival there was only a dorm fridge with no freezer. Luckily we were able make due with that. The only staff I saw was when we checked in, as no one was in site at checkout. There had been a sign when I checked in saying no hot breakfast, but there was a pancake machine and breakfast sandwiches that could be warmed in microwave. They did have a few options of yogurt and cold cereal available. "
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Sharonville
2/10 Terrible
"Very disappointed with this stay. The hotel claims to be smoke-free but the smell of smoke was extremely strong as soon as we stepped off the elevator and inside our room. It was so bad it gave me a headache, and even opening the windows didn’t help.
I also reserved a room with two queen beds but was given a king bed instead due to a “maintenance issue,” which was frustrating since it wasn’t what I paid for. When I went to the front desk about the smoke smell, I was told the whole building smells like that, which was very upsetting, especially due to my health. They couldn’t move us to another room and only gave us a bottle of odor eliminator that didn’t help.
Thankfully we only stayed one night with my family, because I couldn’t imagine staying longer with the smell. I would not recommend staying here."
