"I loved my time at Woodhouse! The property was so beautiful. I loved the long, private drive up to the lodge with all the birds and animals. The food at the lodge was delectible, and they had a great wine and cocktail selection. Customer service was incredible - special mention to Ms. Sharleen who gave us great recommendations and was just so kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The room service never took place during our stay. The air con remote was not in the room and unit was running full, asked the owner for a remote an was told it would be out in room when it’s being serviced.
7.30pm upon arriving back at room, service had not been undertaken"
