Front Desk staff not able to speak English. One should expect that hotel in the Marriot Group will train staff to speak English as well.
Hotel not even capable to order taxi to airport. They just say they don’t have that sevice.
I was forced to use hotel car at tremendous rate to go to airport.
It was a very nice place but I came during the virus and was empty so it was a little strange. Under normal circumstances I think it would have been better . It was clean, comfortable and the service was good
Everything was clean, spacious and outstanding. Plenty of food options. The room was very well equipped but not equipped with a Sleep Number bed like advertised. Would definitely stay again on another transit stop.

Hands down one of the best. Nice new facilities, close to the airport, out of the world service, most Chinese hotels do not turn on central ac early, my room is a bit warm and they went out of the way to offer a portable ac unit, nicely done. I just stayed two nights in Beijing Sheraton, compared to that this is a palace.

The central air was set to 77 degrees Fahrenheit which made for a very hot night sleep. Very uncomfortable. Even when opening the window it never got under 75.

DON'T TRY THIS HOTEL.
This hotel management is bad, they even not clean the ashtray. you can not imaging if they will clean the toilet.
And less restaurant in hotel can be choose. all closed. Executive Floor, room are same as regular, with a very small club room you can used, but with low quality foods.
Don't try their SPA, you will be deceived.

Breakfast is good but Dinner at the Hotel is not great & Wine goes bad. so I do not eat dinner at the restaurent anymore. there is no restaurent or any store around unless you go out by Tax at least 15 to 20 min. this is good hotel but isolated from city center

Food was good, room so big and clean, nice food both breakfast and Chinese restaurant. Swimming pool also nice. Highly recommend for travel in Shenyang. Will stay again when travel here.

주변에 아직 공사중인 곳이 많아 호텔 클럽라운지에서 식사을 해결하려고 체크인 시에 2박 모두 클럽룸으로 차액을 지불하고 업그레이드를 했습니다. 첫날 저녁에는 해피아워를 만족스럽게 이용했습니다. 다음날부터 라운지를 운영하지 않는다고 1층의 부페 레스토랑에서 식사를 이용하라는 안내가 있었고 1층의 레스토랑에서 조식과 석식을 이용했는데 조식은 먹을만 했으나 석식은 정말 엉망이었습니다. 나름 코스 메뉴로 제공이 되었는데 맛이 없어서 샐러드만 먹었고 해피아워의 꽃인 주류도 이용하지 못하였습니다. 쉐라톤 브랜드를 믿고 이용하였는데 클럽룸 서비스에서 정말 실망을 하였습니다. 수영장은 동네 목욕탕 같습니다. 사람이 너무 많고 수질이 안좋습니다.
