"Great buffet breakfast, amazing dinner and drinks. Staff super friendly and helpful. The pool is not suitable for colder weather. Staff member advised it’s heated but when the weather is cold the pool can’t heat itself. It was approx 12 degrees when we were there. Seems a waste of electricity heating it year round when it’s not really suitable. My partner had a cold plunge and was nice to get in the spa after it, but it also had its downfall when you had to get out of it and it was cold. Would stay again though, just wouldn’t book it for the pool in winter time."

"Likes: Quiet location. Beautiful views of lake & mountains. Spotlessly cleaned. Everything down to all the lightbulbs worked. Lovely gas fireplace. Coffee machine. Spacious kitchen, dining, & living area. Folding clean double glass doors to outside area with table & chairs & views. Washing machine & dryer. Beautiful main bedroom with spacious ensuite & a small balcony with views. Cons: 2 levels making it difficult for someone with mobility issues. Nil downstairs toilet."
