"I loved my stay at this place. Lovely property, my room had a kitchenette and a lake view. Close to everything within the walking distance. Very nice manager."
QT Queenstown
8/10 Good
"Location was beautiful. We did have a balcony unfortunately they are going through construction so when we sat outside was a bit noisy and not the nicest view but otherwise was nice to look at the water and mountains. Tea available when coming in from the day. Morning they had juices and croissants available as you were heading out. Nice lobby with great views. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Again beautiful views from the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Did find room very dry. But otherwise very comfortable. No gym at the hotel."

Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Just what we needed as a crash pad for one night near the airport (but could have stayed longer), great room layout for a young family with a bunk bed, nice views, good breakfast and super helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!"
Kamana Lakehouse
10/10 Excellent
"Staff was most helpful. We never did get a reservation to eat dinner in the hotel. Grab bars in showers would be welcomed."
Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, a ferry runs to Queenstown every hour which is cheaper than an uber, several food options within the resort area which is convenient. The breakfast buffet was great value, wide range of options - highly recommend. During winter they included complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby. Lots of nice walking nearby and places to sit and relax, nice fireplace area outdoors near the main restaurant. Parking was mildly annoying, don’t use the underground carpark if you have a medium or big car as it is pretty tight to navigate. Just use the above ground / open gravel area to park and that’s also closer walking distance to the hotel entrance. If you arrive late you might struggle to find a parking spot, none are reserved. Pay by QR code for parking is easy, don’t have to pay for a full day either (first 3 hours free). Was fine after working that out. There was some miscommunication with some staff around buffet prices, but it got resolved promptly and they took care of everything. Do not use the service in the lobby for pre booking tours, as being a third party that makes it difficult to make changes or cancellations if you have to change plans due to weather etc. Not worth 5% discount for that hassle, plus they charge huge card fee so the savings aren’t worth it."
