"Love the fact that there are washing machines for use in the room. Only little issue we had were the pillows . Other than that we had a great stay . Location was excellent to most places"

"The room was very comfortable, and had adequate space, though one bed was pushed against the wall. Lots of helpful amenities. There were various refreshments in the lounge through out the day, which was nice. The onsen is small, but fully equipped. My only complaint was that there was a very bright light on a motion sensor in the entryway, and there was no way to turn it off. If you got up in the night to use the sink or toilet it came on blinding you (and anyone else) in the room. We found a creative solution, but there should be a way to turn the motion sensor off. "
