The room and hotel was very clean. I have stayed in a several off-brand hotels, and sometimes I find that off-brand hotels are not so clean. However, slash kawasaki was VERY clean. I was quite happy about this. Even when I checked in and arrived on my floor, there was a worker cleaning the baseboard.
The hotel breakfast was great. It was not only delicious, it was very filling and well-made.
I enjoyed the adjustable bed and projector. Checking out was easy, and I was able to settle my final bill by scanning a QR code in the room. This is especially helpful to anyone whose Japanese may not be too advanced.

Love this location for proximity to the jr line and monorail for easy transfer to the airports. Also not in a busy touristy part of the city, so perfect for people who get overwhelmed with the Tokyo congestion. A great bakery and 7-Eleven around the corner kept us fed for easy breakfasts before full days of sightseeing. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of four, including two college-aged kids.

"Far enough away from the noise of Shinjuku, close enough to Shinjuku train station that made it simple to get to anywhere you needed to go. Compareable room sizes to European hotels, comfy beds. "Room was very clean other than a few rogue hairs in the shower. Only problem was that our rooms were not ready by the time we came to the hotel. We had to wait about 20 extra minutes before we could go into our room. Other than that, service was easy and excellent."
