"We stayed at this hotel for 16 nights. We had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent. "Let’s start with the obvious. It isn’t a 5-Star hotel. I wanted cheap, and I got it. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They could not have been nicer. The property is old. The facade - and I use that word intentionally - is under construction. When finished the facade will probably look great, but behind it will be the same old hotel. There is smoke in the walls, smoke in the ceiling, and probably smoke in the floor - I didn’t go down to check the floor because it wasn’t clean enough to eat off. The shower is tiny but had good water pressure and hot water. The location is not terrible. Near the Temple of Heaven and the Pearl Market. Close enough to the subway. I didn’t have time to check out the nearby park, but it looked good. If you don’t mind an older property that is cheap, this might be your place. "
