"I had an amazing stay here and truly canโ€™t thank the staff enough for how kind and helpful they were during my trip to Shima. The hotel itself was beautiful, very comfortable, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The onsen was also wonderful โ€” very clean, peaceful, and private, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Saito and the rest of the staff went completely above and beyond for me. They even drove me where I needed to go the next day when they absolutely did not have to, which I was incredibly grateful for. When I returned looking for my lost AirPod, they didnโ€™t just point me in a direction โ€” they actively helped me search my room and even looked throughout the hotel with me. That level of care and hospitality is something you donโ€™t forget. Everyone here was so welcoming and genuine, and they made my stay feel special from beginning to end. If I ever come back to Shima, I will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
