It would be helpful if the hotel recommended it more for solo travelers so guests can choose a more spacious option if needed."

"The check in was a nightmare, staff did not seem to know that I booked 2 rooms and the computer check in did not help. wanted to do laundry that's why I booked this hotel, but there were only 2 washer/dryer machines in the hotel and there were long ques for them so we had to wake up at 5am to do laundry. "Couldn’t have picked anywhere better to stay in Tokyo. There’s a 24 hour 711 opposite the hotel, it’s in a quiet area & right next to a train station. Trust me after doing 20000 steps you’ll appreciate having a hotel right next to a train station so you don’t have to do a one last killer walk to your hotel. The staff were very kind & helpful. There were also lots of amenities. "
