"歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、洗濯洗剤、タオルの数も多く、施設内も清潔で、到着時に冷房もかけてくれていた。洗濯機と乾燥機が使えるのはすごくありがたかった。施設周辺の飲食店が夜開店しているところが少なく、結果スーパーやコンビニで調達した。炊飯器を使うことになったがお米の計量カップがなく、おたまで計った。計量カップがあるといいなと思った。駐車場の部屋番号がわかりづらいのか、他の部屋の人が該当駐車場に停めていたりとあったので、地面に表示するか、チェックイン前日の説明に追加するといいと感じた。音漏れはなかったが、上の階の人の足音は響きます。キッチンとキッチン横の収納が独特の臭いがして、それ以外は全く問題なく快適に過ごせました。管理者の方の気遣いが出ている部屋でした。また行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。"

"Great location and nicely newly built hotel Reason not 5 star - one of the room ( A ) has infested a lot of black bugs and we had to tell children not go into it and did not use the room at all - the place has strong new construction smell when first entering after opening window for a night it improved "

"Cosy home in a serene location. Felt isolated and peaceful. Easy to find via GPS. Very clean. Would have preferred if some basic condiments (salt, sugar, oil etc) and tea & coffee provided too as otherwise travellers need to buy these just for the short stay. Bathroom was tricky as can't shower without clothes getting wet. Responsive communication. "

"Great large house with all the modern amenities and space for 8 people. Secluded and with great views of surrounding mountains - it’s like your own observation deck on the Panorama Road in Biei. You can also see the stairs very well at night because there’s very little light pollution. There’s a small cafe on the property as well for sweets and coffee during the day. Well equipped and nicely appointed. Large windows and comfortable furniture round out the comforts. We truly loved staying there....

"We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts are very friendly, helpful, and communicative. The bus stop is within 3 minutes walking distance and the train station is within 30 minutes walking distance, but the bus can also take you to the station. The property is very well maintained and clean, with all needed amenities provided including washer and dryer. "The hotel is a little difficult to get to if you don't have a car. The bus runs only a couple of times a day from the airport so plan accordingly and is at the top of a hill (which makes sense for ski but is a trek if you're on your feet). It is a very clean and beautiful property and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and make your stay comfortable. The views from the room are spectacular. "

"The onsen water quality was absolutely excellent. The breakfast was delicious and server was courteous and very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, nice bed. The wifi was super fast. The parking attendant was very helpful and check in and out were super easy. Great service and nice stay overall. Love the ramen always, yogurt drinks and ice cream. You can feel the difference staying at Dormy Inn."
