"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?).
And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk.
The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor.

"For a business size room it was way overpriced. Similar hotel chains like Route Inn have an onsen bath and free breakfast included for a lot less. Hotel was convenient to the train station and only two stops to Fukuoka Airport. "

"Overall the stay was very good. Hotel and area was very convenient. My only issue was…they would not sell me more coffee kcups. I drink about 4-5 cups daily…and when I went to front desk to purchase more receptionist would not accommodate. She said; they could not sell and visitors were allowed 2 daily. These are special illy kcups and weren’t available to purchase in any grocery or convenient stores. "
"Location is not exactly the most glamorous place but the hotel has nice stuff and the option to check in either with them or with a machine. Housekeeping did a good job leaving amenities outside if necessary. I would say the only thing I would change is maybe the checkout time to a little bit later"
