Hotels near Shiori-an

"We stayed for three nights, obverse the hotel is a great stay. The moment we entered the smell of fresh lavender hits you. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. There’s an onsen you can use and and on site restaurant we did not try. Location was fairly convenient and on a side street so you are not on a major road. There are some nice shops and bakeries around we worship we had a chance to visit. Only downside for us was the sides of the room was small. With two luggages and a backpack there was barely room to walk by. Would stay again in a bigger room. "

"Hotel was great. Kyoto is bigger than I expected. Hotel is great, but not walkable enough to tourist areas, although there was a metro station very convenient and close by . Quiet and safe area. Laundry area small had to wait a while"
