"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was clean & the staff were very kind when we wanted to add breakfast to one of our days. The food was really good & we found a close bar & café we enjoyed during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Koko Hotel."

"We had a great stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Shimizu. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel was also very English-friendly, which made the check-in process and overall experience much easier.
The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location worked well for us while visiting Shimizu. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in the area."

"We had a great stay. The hotel and room was perfect. Spacious and clean. I love that the housekeepers left a bag a fresh towels and amenities at the door even when we had a do not disturb sign.
The location was perfect. Plenty of dining and shopping near by and train station just outside the hotel door. Would choose to stay here again next time I’m in Osaka."

"The staff were so incredibly nice! It rained while we were there and they would chase me to give me an umbrella which I thought was very sweet.
The breakfast situation was a little weird. One day we had breakfast in the hotel which was buffet-style with tons of Japanese breads and curry buns. The next day's breakfast was at a nearby restaurant. I'm not sure if this was due to the construction they're currently doing on the outside of the building.

Check in was smooth and even though the hotel was slightly further out from the reception, the hotel staff transported our baggage there for us. The staff were very lovely and kind. They even gave us ¥1000 coupons to use around the shopping district which we appreciated very much. Room was spacious and clean, with good amenities. Only issue we had was that the room we were in, the water could not maintain its pressure and heating; and it took a long time to fill up the bath tub. Other than that,...

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights and it was a fabulous hotel, everywhere was clean, the room was surprising large compared to many Japanese hotels.
Location is really good too, next to the train station with many food and shopping choices just a short walk away, look forward to staying again when I'm in Shizuoka

Excellent, comfortable, clean, and nice hotel. I highly recommend it. The hotel also provides complimentary beer, coffee, tea, and drinks at certain hours. Breakfast is definitely worth it as it offers a wide variety of food options.

We were welcomed by a team of friendly and helpful staff. The Japanese style breakfast was too overwhelming to digest but great experience.
A big thank you to the staff who assisted us on checkout day. She was alert and fast to show us the tip of Mt Fuji when it miraculously appeared before we left as we couldn’t catch the view during the 2 days stay due to rain and cloudy condition.

We stayed in a twin room and the room is really spacious. Also love the public bath, though small, it’s clean and serves its purpose.
Breakfast is simple and not a lot of choices. But the food is fresh. They might wish to have a larger flask for the coffee though, as it seems to run out frequently.
Parking is very convenient, right in front of the hotel. Hotel is also conveniently located along the main road, with a 7-11 next door. Will definitely stay again if I visit Shimada in future.

The hotel is new as it just opened its doors a few months ago. Spacious and clean business hotel compared to the ones in Tokyo and definitely a great location for a few days stay to your shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlet.

This time, our family of four (a couple with two young children) stayed on a room-only plan (no breakfast or dinner). Our room had an open-air hot-spring bath with free-flowing water straight from the source, so we could relax and enjoy a soak without leaving the room. In addition to the private open-air bath, the hotel also has a large communal bath, which we enjoyed as well. For dinner and breakfast, we indulged in seafood at local restaurants. The sunset was beautiful, too.
