"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! "This hotel waa outstanding! The staff were so friendly and helpful from check in, to shuttles, breakfast, room questions, and the farewell at check out. They went the extra mile for you. I loved my room! It was spacious, well designed with a comfortable bed and a wonderful private onsen to enjoy while listening to the little waterfall. I didnt want to leave the room. And I can't wait to come back!"

"Convenient location, steps away from subway station, with supermarket and restaurants right downstairs. Amazing view, spacious rooms. Slightly dated but clean and very well-kept. The main entrance is hard to spot, the sign inside the shopping center is hidden, the elevator to the lobby feels like a dark, back entrance. Staff is very helpful, super long line during check-in hour, like 8-10 people in queue, even with 3 staff working at the counter. But after check-in, everything is good and smooth."
