"Typically as expected inline with similar 3* hotels in Sylhet Town. Room with double bed was fine clean and reasonable but no natural light as windows blocked by wall/adjacent building. Bathroom needs an upgrade as poor quality. Be sure to insist on room with town view. "I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap. "We absolutely loved the staff at this hotel. The hotel itself is a reasonable place with decent facilities, but what really makes this place great is the staff. From the manager Robin to the security, we felt like they gave all guests VIP treatment. They were fantastic about giving advice and support when required. The front desk staff were particularly supportive. I even joked that I wish I could take the staff for my businesses! Good luck and if we ever come back to this beautiful part of the world again Sylhet will be top choice. "
