The room is spacious, the staff is helpful, and this hotel even provides a free laundry and dryer service on the 6th floor. The free high tea food is nice. Overall, it is a comfy stay over there.

My accommodation experience here was wonderful. I felt very comfortable throughout the stay. The hotel team is extremely welcoming with great English proficiency. The one-day excursion to the Panda Base organized by the hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast offers a rich selection of food. What’s more, the hotel’s vegetarian restaurant serves incredibly delicious dishes. The guest rooms are tidy and hygienic, and the hotel features a gorgeous, charming environment. Stayed here for 13 days, the zen theme really comes alive in this place as advertised. Rooms are very clean and the shower/toilets come with smart systems.
Service staffs are also superbly friendly, I ordered food delivery near midnight and they even brought it up to my room.
Definitely reccomend this place to other travellers. Plenty of good food in the next street next to the hotel + train station directly beside.

Singapore brand. Even 12 years building but very good condition like new.
Good location - near shopping centre , tourist spot, transport and a lot foods. Amazing seafoods market for inland which kudo to China transport system which western countries unable to beat in another 30 to 60 years.
Overall great price and good stay vs others international 5 stars hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay - from giving us a Ritz lion, little pandas and making up the room for my husband’s birthday with balloons and a panda cake to escorting us (for free) to the Sichuan Opera to make sure we got there okay, nothing seemed like too much for the team.
