"Refused to issue a refund despite all faults from their Side. Arrived at hotel but realized the room is very small and compact even without the third bed which they will add to the tight space. It would be good to know that the room wouldn’t be suitable for three persons before booking. We had to move out and booked different suitable accomodation elsewhere. "
