Staff increasingly friendly which is a common theme across Indonesia. Great business style hotel. Included breakfast was very tasty. Traffic jam needs to be kept in mind when departing to the airport which is not too far.

Cosy room with good service
Not far from airport, mall with huge supermarket 10mins ride from hotel. Room is modern and clean, powerful shower, perfect for transit stay!

Fantastic hotel near airport
Clean and comfortable hotel close Juanda International Airport (10-15 minute drive). Rooms are reasonably sized, there is good breakfast buffet and the pool looks fun. Would definitely stay here again if I have another layover in Surabaya.

Near to airport
Room pretty small for double single beds. The door latch was malfunction. Location : far from downtown but just 10 mins drive to airport Good internet connection.. bed is comfortable..

Unpleasant experience due unnotify changing room
We asked for non smoking room and when we came they run out of non smoking room and change our room to smoking room without let us know. We came and directly went out to mall so didn’t notice until we were back in the midnight and my kids are sleeping. They woke up and got astma attack due to smoke came to our room.

Elegant & New - Best Breakfast Buffet!
Probably the overall nicest hotel of our 3 weeks in Indonesia, although we only stayed one night as a layover on our way to the Gilli Islands (it was only about 10 minutes from the airport). Brand new everything - rooms were clean, comfortable, and chic in design. The included breakfast buffet was OFF THE HOOK. Excellent array of foods, and even a cappicino machine! Elegant surroundings in the restaurant and a beautiful pool as well. HIGHLY recommended.

Convenient hotel 10 minutes to Terminal 2.
Good hotel from check in right up to check out. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, breakfast is good and starts from 5:30am. There is a nice bar on the ground floor. I was there on a Friday night and there was a live band. Free shuttle to the airport is provided. High recommended hotel.

Clean and comfortable close to airport
My daughter and two friends had to fly home to Perth from Surabaya following repeated flight cancellations from Bali during volcano activity. After a 15 hour drive from Denpasar, the Premier Palace was welcoming, clean and comfortable. The three girls were able to stay together in the same room and they felt safe at a stressful time. Booking from Australia was simple, check in was problem free and a shuttle took them to the airport the next day. Thank you staff of Premier Palace.

The best premier inn ever?
This must be one of the best premier inns ever. Wonderful pool area. Wish I could have stayed longer. The person on check-in was extremely helpful as I had an early start, so arranged wake up call, free transport to airport and take away breakfast

Perfect airport hotel
We had a early morning flight from Terminal 2 of the Surabaya Juanda airport, so we spent a night in this hotel. Had a good night's sleep, and used a free shuttle to the airport. Also, hotel provided us with a breakfast box. Hotel is equipped with a nice pool, but we didn't used it.

You would be crazy to stay here
Food terrible no hot water in sinks they say all rooms set op this way. Many mosquitoes in 2 of the rooms had to move 2 times. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone that is a business traveler or for a short layover.

Staid there for an overnight flight connection. Didn't explore anything outside the hotel. Service was OK. The food at the restaurant was not as good as I hoped but OK, considering all other benefits. Room was clean and comfortable.

Fancy Premier Inn
Anyone who has stayed with at a Premier Inn knows what to expect. This one was set in a grand building which gives the illusion of a 4 star service, but everything was very basic. Nothing to complain about.
