Cosy hotel near Ankor Wat
Warm & friendly hotel! Food is good not far from city market Tuk Tuk cost US$3 to get to city happening area. Not far to Ankor Wat. Hotel a bit old but spacious.

Good value
The garden is rather tired and some of the public space could do with a scrub. However, the bedroom was clean and comfortable. Dinner was excellent and the waitresses delightful. Location is away from the centre of Siem Reap.

Well maintained grounds, pool and and room. Hotel provided mosquito net which was helpful. They also arranged anniversary cake for us which was excellent. Location is ideal for temple visits and not too far from town. Only regret was the tour guide hired by the hotel was not that great.

staff but hotel needs an upgrade
The hotel staff, restaurant and the pool were amazing. However, the location of the hotel is right next to a smelly sewer that infested the hotel with mosquitoes after sundown. The hotel also needs investment to upgrade their furniture and amenities. It is quite worn out.

The grounds are beautifully planted and, at night, guests are serenaded by the frogs who live in the large ponds. There are two swimming pools and the hotel bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The rooms have balconies as well as interior seating areas. Toiletries are provided as are tea and coffee making facilities.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!! Everything about it is perfect. The rooms are luxurious, comfortable with a gigantic balcony perfect for reading and day dreaming. There are two pools, the restaurant serves amazing food, the service is impeccable; helpful and so nice!

A nice colonial style hotel with nice swimming pools and smiling staff. They arranged late check out for us, which was grateful. The location is quite far from the Pub street/night markets so it cost $3 one way. The facilities were a bit old. You better bring your own shampoo. WiFi worked well.

Pavillon d’Orient was perfect for my stay. Everyone on the hotel side aft was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed three spa treatments - after days of visiting temples- and they were printed fessional and so relaxing for such a small cost. The food was very good. The watermelon jam was delicious. There was always more food than I could eat. The pool area was delightful and I enjoyed sitting near the pond and beautiful flowers every meal. The hotel is very close to Angkor Wat and other temples.i highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay!
The staff are fantastic at the hotel. They are so friendly and helpful always smiling. The pools are great and the rooms are spacious,clean and have a great outlook over the pool. Highly recommend.

Like a mini paradise in Siem Reap
The staff were amazing and very helpful. Everyone was always smiling! The restaurant at the hotel is reasonably priced, the pool was clean and beautiful. It is a little outside the city but a quick tuk tuk ride in. LOVED IT! would go back!

What a beautiful place
From the moment we walked in our stay was perfect. The welcome was so friendly and helpful with a gorgeous cool drink. The staff are just wonderful. The setting is fabulous. The pool fantastic. I really wish I could’ve stayed longer. I will be back. That’s a promise. We couldn’t have hoped for a better place, an oasis of calm really, to base ourselves in Cambodia.

Awesome Hotel
Planned on only staying 3 days and ended up staying 5. Great location to relax after a busy and hot day touring the temples. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and will provide recommendations on restaurants, activities, all the bookings including transportation and guides. A slice of heaven and beautiful refreshing pools too! Also had a great aromatherapy massage at their spa.

Great Place to stay for Ankor Wat visit
Highly recommend this hotel. Staff is warm, welcoming, and accommodating. They will arrange Driver and Guide for the tour if you like. Breakfast is great, I recommend the local food from their restaurant (don't order the steak). Chicken Amok was great! Kids loved the pools.

Kudos to Pavilion D'Orient Boutique!
Pavilion D'Orient Boutique was amazing. The receptionist accommodated all our needs including arranging tuk-tuks, drivers, tour guide, advice on seeing Anker Wat, restaurant recommendations and seeing additional sites. The room was well equipped with great amenities, very clean, very comfortable bedding, lovely balcony, and cozy. We were even given gifts. The restaurant was delicious and spa was wonderful. The pool area is beautiful surrounded by beautiful gardens. The staff was so nice and helpful. This was a wonderful find, and we would surely stay there again.

Great boutique hotel
Wonderful staff and great pools made this place a highlight of our trip. Close enough to the ticket office an temples but not on the main drag. Would stay here again and again.

A lovely place to rest after Angkor Wat
Fantastic, old school sanctuary, like living at a very wealthy relative's mansion. Beautiful grounds, great service, quiet, restful. So much better than the McModern hotels that all look the same inside and outside.

Terrific accommodation. Very comfortable and spacious room, great shower and great bed. Rooms set around pool but design of garden meant was still private. Pools themselves were as good as have seen anywhere. Excellent welcoming and helpful servicefrom the whole staff. Can't recommend a stay at Pavillon D'Orient high enough, would go back in a flash

Lovely Hotel

Wonderful hotel
We had a great stay at this hotel - the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, the room was lovely, and the two swimming pools were fabulous. An oasis amidst the mayhem of Siem Riep!

Perfect for families and groups
This hotel was recommended by friends and it was exactly as they said it was. Aside from the friendly staff, excellent family rooms and the lovely pools (yes they have two pools), it's the location that really makes this hotel a winner. The ticket office for the Angkor Wat is about 15 mins via a tuk tuk. The staff were extremely friendly throughout the days, and were extremely efficient in sorting our travel needs especially getting around via the tuk tuk. The rooms are large and had a lovely view of one of the swimming pools, which is exactly what you want after a hot and sweaty day at the Angkor. On the last day I had requested for a late checkout and the hotel was kind enough to keep me and my friends till 5pm and then they said my friends could stay till 10pm free of charge. We are extremely grateful to Charlie and the team at the Pavillon d'Orient Boutique. I thoroughly recommend this friendly, value-for-money boutique hotel!

A gem of a hotel!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pavillon d'Orient Boutique. The hotel had all the amenities of most hotels. But what made this special was the little things that were done to make our stay special. For instance, they untangled a chain for me (I did not ask them to), gave us bedtime stories to read, was always happy to help with a smile (and this was all the staff we encountered), etc... We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily come back!

Oasis in Siem reap
We were very impressed with this property. The rooms were very roomy & were pleasantly decorated. The staff were very attentive, and our tuk tuk driver, Sac was brilliant, very knowledgeable and respectful.

Great oasis of peace and silence
I almost never write reviews even though I stay in hotels fequently. But this hotel deserves to be recommended. Price/value is perfect and the staff are extremly friendly and warm. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, but an excellent middle class hotel with clean facilities and you will love that place!

very nice place, truly a hidden gem. Room was clean, staff were super friendly and accommodating. I asked for a late check out since our flight won't be till 10:30 pm and they allowed my family to stay till 7 pm. So after a full day of tour , we were still able to relax in the pool and rest before our late flight. What a great staff and management. 5 star for me.

French Colonial
Great French Colonial style hotel. The room was large and the price was very fair. Breakfasts were fantastic with a good variety to choose from off the breakfast menu. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, so it is nice and quiet, but it does mean a longer tuk-tuk trip to get to markets and pub street. The facilities at the hotel are in a great condition, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Would highly reocmmend it.

Possibly my favorite place in the entire world!
I absolutely loved this boutique hotel. It is owned by a couple from France so you get some of that French feel at the hotel. They have antique Cambodian furniture in the lobby area that is to die for. I wished I could buy it and take it home with me! The restaurant food was incredible with familiar foods from home (USA). I especially loved the vegetarian Camobdia green curry and the BLT's. I have dreamt about this hotel several times since I've been home. I would stay here a thousand times over. The gorgeous pools, in house massages, large showers, the kind staff etc. We received cute poems/stories each night to read before going to bed, fresh fruit in our rooms, and a full book on good things to know about when traveling in Cambodia. The staff was kind and easy to converse with. We were able to rent our tuk tuk driver for the whole day for an amazing deal through this hotel. He tooks us to the mini mart, Angkor Wat, and wherever else we liked. A part of my heart has definitely been left here. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Nice stay overall
Very beautiful place, friendly staffs, and great service. The hotel packed breakfast for us on the morning when we went to watch sunrise at the temple. The unpleasant part is that we found dead roaches in the bathroom.

Great Hotel and Amazing Pool!
This hotel was the highlight of my trip. The pool was about as perfect as one can ever get. It was comfortable, clean and they brought us drinks while we were swimming!

Surprising oasis
We visited Siem Eeap for 6 days and we stayed at Pavillion d' Orient hotel. Our kids 3 and 7 year old did not want to leave Cambodia, from the moment we check in a warmth welcome with guide book, juice chocolate cake for the kids. Besides complimentary wine. Every day we also had complimentary juicy fruits. Also complimentary massage for both of us. The hotel provided tuk tuk service. You pay like 10-18 usd depending on how long you use this. I think that was the only expensive thing compare with other hotels that tuk tuk was $6-8 a day. Bedrooms at theHotel were spacious and bed super confortable. Breakfast was very tasty. All the staff at the hotel is always willing to help you. Even play with the kids feeding the fish at the little pond. Location is very quiet outside of town not to far from temples. They bought tickets for the circus and included in our bill at the end this was super heplull. Thank you again we will stay again and we recommended to our friends.

Great Hotel
I stayed here for 3 nights on trip to Siem Reap with my mom. This was a truly lovely boutique hotel in a city that has otherwise been overrun with resorts. The room was clean and beautifully decorated with lots of charm. The hotel itself is tucked away from the crowds in a lush little oaisis. The staff and service were top notch. The only downside is that it is a bit of a way from the center of the old town-10 minutes by Tuk tuk down the main road-but the hotel will arrange for a town transfer for $4 round trip. For seeing the temples, the location is great!

We were looked after very well. They even provided gluten free bread for breakfast after I had read another review to let them know ahead of time. Our friends who live at Siem Reap loved it too and would recommend it to their family to stay.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Supreme luxury
It was just incredible. Alternate exhausting days walking around the temples with super relaxing days spent around the pool here, and having the odd massage, it was the best holiday we've ever had.

Excellent stay in Siem Reap
Once you enter the gates you walk into a tropical setting and the best staff you could ask for. The hotel is removed from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap, but a Tuk Tuk driver is always at your disposal. The pool is very welcoming after spending the day exploring ruins, especially when it was so hot and humid. Didn't see another hotel I would prefer over the Pavillon d'Orient.

Nice hotel with indochine feel
Staff are welcoming, breakfast is great. Must try the khmer massage, highly recommended! Only downside is that the location is a bit off, but city center is just 5mins of tuk tuk ride
