Love the spaciousness of the balcony and tub which I enjoyed thoroughly on both days I stayed. Room has all the needed amenities (which I used) like mini fridge, working desk, safe and comfortable bed. Would appreciate more TV channels though. Generally clean except the bathroom needs to be slightly better maintained. Parking is ample with easy access to the hotel and rooms. Would be back if around the area.

Great location. Walking distance to the railway station and the bus station. It's right in the middle of Old Kluang. Mural street is nearby and many food options around the area. Kluang Mall is also within walking distance. The room was also quite spacious and clean. Aircon was strong. Only problem was TV signal not very good. Great location, easy parking, the room is clean and spacious, staff is friendly and Starbucks is just right located beside the lobby.

Overall stay was good. Area for improvement is the floor feel sticky. Bathroom window handle was damaged.

Easy to locate building, ample parking, clean entry from ground floor until room on second floor, responsive host. Great for the price point.

The place is just near the road, lot of parking space, the town is so close, can walk. The checkin was smooth, the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and stay was comfortable. The building and furnitures were very old, but based on the money we paid, cannot expect much more. Overall it was good stay, recommended. Will come again if we visit Keluang.

Overall experience was good except the Hotels.com price is more expensive than going direct to the hotel to book. We paid MYR 30 less each room for the second night stay there. I am disappointed with Hotels.com

Location is good but noise isolation is bad. Room and bad sheet are clean. Fast Internet speed. No hot water facilities. With the price and facilities, think is valuable.
