Clean room, excellent water pressure, friendly and helpful staff who answered my questions via app, location is near Myeongdong. However we returned to one particular Korean BBQ restaurant a few minutes walk from the hotel. Laundry in the basement gave clear instructions on how to operate macines and how to pay.

"Been to 66 countries, this was one of the worst breakfast . There was hot water issues for 2 days..talked to the manager for some type of compensation to no avail. Gym consists of 4 machines, no way to clean after use. Not foreigner friendly, not many speak complete English. No moisturizer in bathroom. ..."
